Grown Goodies Tradeshow Giveaway: Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of AK, HI, CA, NY. Employees of Grown Goodies and their immediate families and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

How to enter: Complete the entry form at the Grown Goodies booth during a participating event. Limit one entry per person per event. Incomplete entries, or entries submitted outside the event, are void.

Entry period: Each event is a separate giveaway. Entries are accepted only during that event's public hours. Duplicate entries will be discarded, and you may be disqualified.

Prize: One winner per event receives their choice of one (1) Grown Goodies All Day Granola variety pack (four 3 oz bags, one of each flavor; approximate retail value $32) or one (1) bulk bag of a single flavor of their choice (approximately  12-16 oz; approximate retail value $32.99). Flavor availability may vary. No cash or other substitutions, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner selection and notification: The winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries within [7] days after the event, and notified by the email address provided. The winner must reply within [7] days to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize delivery: The prize will ship free to the winner's address within the eligible area, or can be picked up locally by arrangement.

Privacy: Entry information is used to run this giveaway. We'll send marketing emails only to entrants who choose to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time by emailing team@growngoodies.com.

General: This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the event organizer. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility. Governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
