Processing time

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. We bake in small batches on set production days, so if your order lands right after a bake, it may go out the same day; if not, it goes out with the next shipment.

You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery time

Once shipped, expect 5–10 business days in transit, depending on where you are in the country. Orders traveling farther from North Idaho take longer.

These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays are outside our control.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the contiguous United States, excluding New York and California.

We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time.

If you're in an area we don't serve, we'd still love to get granola to you, email us and we'll let you know when that changes, or point you to a retailer near you if we have one.

Shipping rates

Shipping options and live rates are shown at checkout, so you can pick the speed and price that works for you.

Orders under $80: exact carrier rate, calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order.
Orders $80 and over: free standard shipping. Expedited options remain available at cost if you'd like your granola sooner.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before you complete checkout. We can usually correct an address if your order hasn't shipped yet, email us right away!

If a package comes back to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can re-ship it once it's back in our hands, with shipping paid by the customer.

Damaged or missing packages

If your box arrives damaged, photograph the outer box and the bags inside before discarding anything, then contact us within 14 days. If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, check with your household and neighbors first, then get in touch, we'll help you sort it out.
