Subscriptions

Some items in our store are offered as a subscription. When you subscribe, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you choose at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you've chosen to pay in advance. Subscriptions with a set duration may auto-renew at the end of that duration; if you don't want to renew, cancel before your renewal date.

Changing or cancelling. You can skip, pause, change, or cancel a subscription at any time. Every order confirmation email includes a link to manage your subscription, or you can email us and we'll take care of it.

Changes need to be made before your next order processes. Once a subscription order has been charged and packed, we can't cancel or reverse it — it follows the same rules as any other order on this page.

Price and product changes. If our prices change or a product is discontinued, we'll email active subscribers before the change takes effect so you can adjust or cancel.
