Made in small batches in North Idaho, packed in 3oz bags that fit in a coat pocket, glove box or drawer. For those long days on the road, or a midday snack to get you through when lunch didn't quite cut it!

And when life gets extra busy, a bowl of cereal can work just fine when there's no time or energy to cook.

Quantity

A little salty, and barely sweet. (Just like me!) Baked long and slow, until the agave and maple syrup caramelize into a thin shell around every cluster. Crisp, yet easy to bite into. A texture you might remember from a daydream! 

Tastes great straight from the bag, or, add to milk for a cereal, or yogurt for a parfait. For a little added luxury, add your favorite berries! (It's blueberries for us!)

Organic Oats that are sprouted, and tested for glyphosate residue. Organic certified, and gluten free***

Sulfite Free Coconut: Unsweetened, big flakes you ca really taste with each bite! We only use sulfite free coconut, which is why it looks and tastes like coconut instead of sugar and nothing. 

Organic Agave Syrup: Neutral enough to stay out of the way without adding a flavor that competes with the cinnamon and coconut. 

Organic Maple Syrup: Real maple, with amazing flavor. It adds something special mixed wit everything else!  

Organic Psyllium husk: A soluble fiber which helps with all things digestive health! 

Organic Avocado Oil: because of its high smoke point, preserving the benefits of the avocados. Also much more expensive than the seed oils commonly used in granola. We can taste and feel the difference! 

Grassfed Collagen. From cattle raised on grass. If we were going to put it in, we weren't going to use the cheap version. Worth saying plainly: this means our granola isn't vegetarian.

Sea Salt: A little flavor enhancer to make everything else taste more like  itself.

Vanilla Extract. Real extract, not vanilla flavoring. Trust us, it makes a difference!
